They are designed to keep things clear, straightforward and fair for everyone.By accepting a quote and paying your deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.1. ServicesLaunch48 provides website design, website launch services, ongoing website care and related digital services.Each project is based on the quote provided to the client before work begins.2. Quotes & PricingQuotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euros (€).Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before work is carried out.3. PaymentA 50% deposit is required before work begins.The remaining balance is payable once the website has been approved and before it is made live.Launch48 reserves the right to pause work until any outstanding payments have been received.4. Project TimelineFor the 48-Hour Website, the 48-hour build time begins once:The deposit has been received.
All required content, images and information have been supplied.If content is provided in stages or approvals are delayed, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.5. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client agrees to provide all content, images and information required to complete the project.The client confirms they have the necessary rights or permission to use any text, images, logos or other materials supplied.Launch48 is not responsible for checking the copyright ownership of client-provided content.6. RevisionsUnless otherwise agreed, each website includes one round of revisions.Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.7. Launch CareLaunch Care is an ongoing service and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ notice, unless otherwise agreed.Unused time or services are non-refundable.11. CancellationIf the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.If substantial work has been completed beyond the value of the deposit, Launch48 reserves the right to invoice for work already carried out.12.
